Objective:
Wendy a remedial massage therapist in Frankston VIC, previously had her website on Wix and was using Wix Bookings for her appointment calendar. She found the functionality limited and challenging for her growing business, and found herself still doing manual tasks. After discovering the simplicity of Squarespace, she worked with Rachel at Redcat Digital to refresh her website design and booking system.
Outcomes:
Squarespace Website:
To revamp the website design by giving the website a fresh and updated look. I incorporated a lovely peach colour to match in with the sage green. Wendy engaged a professional photographer for new images to utilise across her website.
Her appointment booking software was also switched from Wix Bookings over to Squarespace Scheduling which enhanced both the customer journey and user experience for Wendy. The increased functionality of Squarespace Scheduling including the backend SOAP notes, taking deposits, sms text reminders were all features that consolidated her internal processes for communication with the client before and after their appointment.
