Sacred Women’s Retreats

Objective:
Sacred Women's Retreats offer transformative experiences designed to empower women and foster personal growth. Sophie, creates these magical events for women and wanted a website to show warmth, welcoming and being asolutley spoilt on her sacred retreats. The website was to showcase her upcoming events, and the team of professionals that join her. Sophie also had a small side business selling handmade bracelets, her website was on Shopify. She found it challenging (at times), to edit the site and the costs were exceeding those for similar ecommerce website on Squarespace.
Outcomes:
Squarespace Website:
I first met Sophie on video call, she was instantly inspirational glow wanting to help empower women with her events. She had a blue logo, and her instagram feed was an aestheitcally pleasing neutral colour. She wanted to keep warm, neutral colours, but also incorporate the blue from her logo more if it would work. I sat and sourced colours and created a mood board for Sophie, including choosing typography and graphics to create a ‘brand’ for her. She loved it! so i designed the Squarespace utiilising those colours, the new dividers in Fluid Engine builder made the curved lines easy to implement which also brings a softening to her website.
Squarespace Ecommerce:
I exported the product and category database from Sophies Shopify website. I then re-mapped the csv files and imported it into Squarespace. The images even loaded in too, along with the variations, pricing, descriptions, it took maybe 1 hr to import the 90 products. That saved us 9 hours between us!!! ( 1 product = approx 6 mins to create )
Once i had the details in, i added in the flat rate, and express rate shipping costs, I guided Sophie to connect Stripe for payments, and i tidied up the front end shop page designs so they look great on both desktop and mobile.
